Introduction

Welcome to Diversity Recruitment Partners Job Board/Virtual Job Fair/Interview Portal platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Use of the Platform

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Services Provided

For Candidates

  • Job Search: Search and apply for job opportunities.
  • Profile Management: Create and manage your candidate profile.
  • Virtual Job Fairs: Participate in virtual job fairs and interviews.

For Employers

  • Job Postings: Post job opportunities and search for candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Access and manage candidate applications.
  • Virtual Events: Host and participate in virtual job fairs and interviews.

Payment Terms

Payment Processing

Payments for services provided on the Platform will be processed using Stripe. By using Stripe, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Fees

Fees for employer services, including job postings and virtual events, will be clearly stated on the Platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payment Information

You must provide accurate payment information when purchasing services on the Platform. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method provided.

Refund Policy & How to Request a Refund 

Diversity Recruitment Partners has a "No Refund After 7 Days" policy to ensure transparent and fair business practices. Refunds are available only if a cancellation is made within 7 days of the original payment date. To request a refund, email admin@diversityrecruitmentpartners.com.

If your request falls outside this window, an account credit equal to the original payment amount will be issued, which can be used within 12 months for any service offered by Diversity Recruitment Partners. This policy aims to provide flexibility while maintaining operational requirements, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction. For questions or assistance, please contact us.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Use the Platform to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Diversity Recruitment Partners or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diversity Recruitment Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Platform. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
