The responsibilities of a school counselor are: provide support to the instructional process with specific responsibility for managing the placement of assigned students; provide information and recommendations to parents and students; and assisting the development of goals and plans for achievement.

The ideal candidate will possess an active TN teaching license with an endorsement in Guidance. Previous job experience teaching is preferred, but not mandatory. Other qualifications include demonstrated organizational skills, and effective decision-making, verbal, and written communication skills.


This open position is for the 2025 - 2026 school year, 11-month position.
