Responsible for brand alignment, co-ordination, strategic planning and tactical support of the marketing, admissions and communications work of LifePlus schools. This role is based out of our corporate office in Tianjin, China.

This role involves:

1. Ensures all MAC teams are aligned, inspired and empowered to sustain our brand; contributing to the global visibility, credibility, consistency and positioning of LifePlus.
2. Oversees brand marketing efforts across LifePlus schools
3. Reports to the Head of Design, and oversees all school MAC Directors in a project management role.
4. Gathers and uses latest best practice, audience understanding, commercial education sector knowledge, consumer trends, data analysis and other sources of insight to steer decision making.
5. Represents LifePlus and networks with external stakeholders as appropriate.
6. Identifies and supports the professional development needs of local MAC teams.
7. Sets, manages and tracks a budget to achieve objectives.
8. Supports the recruitment of team members and school MAC Directors.
9. Regular in-person school visits.

Qualifications and requirements

3. Demonstrates the ability to live and work cross-culturally.
4. A relevant bachelor’s degree in brand, marketing and/or communications, plus at least 5 years’ experience in a related field.

6. Proven ability to manage a team.
7. Effective skills in written, spoken and visual communication along with a good understanding of available media platforms.
8. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
9. Ability to translate complex processes into clear, concise and understandable messages.
10. An active, collaborative team member skillset while also being able to work independently.
