Job Description

Residency Requirements: Florida

This is a temporary, part time contract position that will pay $23.00 per hour.

This is an immediate start within SY 24/25.

The remote Test Administrator (proctor) who actively administers online Industry Certification assessments to students.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.

  • Administer CRE Industry Certifications to students online
  • Complete all required online training
  • Read and sign all required documentation to administer Industry Certification Exams per FL Statutes
  • Ensure the candidate is aware of the exam rules and procedures before starting.
  • Sign students into the Certification Exam via a secure browser
  • Monitor the candidate throughout the exam via webcam, screen-sharing, and other surveillance tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all exam protocols
  • Document the candidate’s behavior and any irregularities observed during the exam.
  • Prepare a detailed report for review by the certification body.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree AND
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: FL Educator Certification (any level, any subject/field)

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with children and parents
  • Professional experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; Familiarity with using
  • Ability to pass required background check

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience teaching in the classroom and administering standardized tests
  • Experience with virtual/online education
