Title of Position: Kindergarten Readiness Lead Teacher

Qualifications:
1. Working knowledge of Common Core Learning Standards and NY state assessments
and pre-K learning standards, benchmarks, and assessments
2. Experience leading at the pre-K/K level (required)
3. The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool
4. Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement
5. Broad experience with a variety of instructional techniques
6. Ability to differentiate instruction for accelerated and delayed learners
7. Evidence of strong classroom management skills with age appropriate experiences
8. Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to develop programs and collaborate
with and support other staff
9. Loyalty and evidence of being a team player
10. Commitment to equity and inclusion of all members of the school community
Requirements: NY State certification in Early Childhood Education
Position Available: May 1, 2025 (to begin planning)
Stipend: $5,000
