Primary Objective of Positions:
Provide instruction in several levels of tennis, from beginner to advanced, for children ages 3-14, as well as a youth league. Ensure a safe and fun experience for all participants.  
 
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Teach USTA tennis curriculum and assist in developing goals for all levels.
  2. Instruct classes, supervise participants, and manage class environment.
  3. Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities consistent with class goals.
  4. Provide a safe, caring, fun environment for children.
  5. Establish a positive and friendly relationship with parents.
  6. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  7. Teach private lessons when available.

Job Qualifications:
  1. Must be at least 18 years of age. 
  2. Evidence of extensive knowledge of and experience playing tennis.
  3. Prior experience in tennis instruction preferred.
  4. Evidence of successful teaching and/or program leadership.
  5. First Aid & CPR certified – certification training available once hired. 
  6. Passion for working with children.
  7. Evidence of positive interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to children and adults.
  8. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  9. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  10. Proven record of punctuality and responsibility.
