Primary Objective of Positions:
To assist in teaching group tennis lessons to youth ages 3-14 at outdoor tennis courts. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assist tennis instructors in teaching summer tennis classes, supervise participants, manage class environment.
  2. Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities consistent with class goals.
  3. Provide a safe, caring, fun environment for children.
  4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  5. Establish a positive and friendly relationship with parents
 
Job Qualifications:
  1. Must be at least 16 years of age.
  2. Evidence of experience and knowledge of tennis.
  3. Evidence of successful experience working with children.
  4. First Aid & CPR certified – certification available once hired. 
  5. Evidence of positive interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to children and adults.
  6. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  7. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  8. Proven record of punctuality and responsibility.
