Primary Job Function:
To assist the Marketing Specialist and Program Managers in promoting summer camps, classes, and events for youth and adults. This role involves photographing activities, developing engaging content for social media and promotional materials, and supporting community events, including Tour de Tonka (Aug. 2, 2025) and Minnewashta Mud Run (July 12, 2025). Orientation, training, and mentoring are provided.
 
 Job Responsibilities: 
  1. Assist in photographing and promoting all Community Education classes, programs, and events.
  2. Organize and maintain a library of high-quality photo and video assets.
  3. Create engaging content, including storytelling pieces, event highlights, and promotional materials.
  4. Support social media efforts by creating posts, capturing real-time content, and engaging with the community.
  5. Assist with day-of event marketing for Tour de Tonka and the Minnewashta Mud Run.
  6. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Currently pursuing or completed a B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field (juniors and seniors preferred).
  2. Preferred experience in photography, video production, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  3. Excellent communication, storytelling, and social media content creation skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
