Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Texas driver's license
Current Food Handler's Certificate, preferred
Minimum of three (3) years in multi-unit operation
Minimum of one (1) year of HVAC knowledge, preferred
Commercial or school food service equipment maintenance experience working with commercial cooking equipment, preferred
