Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Math Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will foster a love for mathematics in young learners while creating an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging math lessons aligned with state and district curriculum standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities, technology integration, and real-world applications.
• Assess student progress through formal and informal assessments and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence in math.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom expectations.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance cross-curricular learning opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and report progress as required.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in math instruction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certification: Valid teaching license/certification in TX.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience in elementary math preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into instruction.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
