The Position
The Nueva School seeks a self-starter that will serve as an Executive Assistant supporting school leadership team members. Working in a highly collaborative and innovative culture, this position offers the opportunity to engage with faculty, staff, parents, students, trustees, partners, vendors, and the public. You will communicate with all stakeholders, partner with our administrative support team, and handle time-sensitive and/or confidential details, questions and problems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with some level of ambiguity and solving problems in collaboration with others.

Compensation and Benefits
The full-time equivalent salary range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000. The starting salary is based upon, but not limited to, several factors that include type and years of experience, education level, and expertise.
We offer a compensation and benefits package that includes fully paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance for employees, employer contribution toward dependent insurance premium, a generous match on our retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, flexible spending account, and free lunch.
