Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration with five (5) years of experience OR HS diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years of experience
IFMA, BOMA, or AFE certification preferred
Valid Texas driver’s license with good driving record
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in maintenance in a school district setting with a Bachelor’s degree OR minimum of ten (10) years of experience in maintenance in a school district setting with a High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in maintenance operations
