5.5 hours per day
Monday – Friday
$15.86 per hour

Requirement:
Applicants must hold at least one of the following licenses through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE):
  • Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Substitute License (SUB)
  • Paraprofessional License (PARA) and a Bachelor's Degree

Special Handling Pay Differential: A pay differential of $1.00 per hour will be added to regular pay for Program Assistants who have duties that require them to provide “personal care” to students. More specific information will be shared by the Building Administration.
