Job Description

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Contractor to backfill the role of our Market Research Sr. Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to support Stride’s strategic initiatives. This includes executing primary research projects such as surveys and focus groups, as well as compiling and analyzing secondary research from publicly available sources and purchased reports. These insights will directly impact our product development, marketing strategies, and overall business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute all phases of internal research engagements including research design, questionnaire or discussion guide development, field and quota management, data analysis, and visual reporting
  • Manage vendor relationships for outsourced projects and ensure all deliverables (questionnaires, reports, etc.) meet business objectives and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external research partners to ensure that each project stays on schedule and within budget
  • Manage stakeholder input and expectations across projects
  • Connect the dots between data output and business actions/outcomes through strong reporting and presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
  • 5+ years experience in custom research (supplier side experience a plus; education experience a plus)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Q Analytics Software preferred
  • Experience with Qualtrics preferred
  • Ability to work independently, but within a team structure
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and work within structured deadlines
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level.  Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.  Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

We anticipate the salary range to be $69,454.50to $159,300.00.  Eligible employees may receive a bonus.  This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.  These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
