Virtual Speech Pathologist

Design and Implement Intervention Programs
- Develop intervention programs to remediate deficit speech/language skills in identified students.
- Collaborate with school personnel and parents to design and implement the most appropriate intervention plan, individual service plan, or individual student plan to address each student’s needs.
- Offer consultation and collaborate with school staff and parents to support students' speech and language goals.
Provide Expertise and Support
- Serve as a resource for parents, school personnel, and other caregivers regarding speech/language development.
- Administer appropriate screening and diagnostic tests to assess children's speech/language competencies.
- Interpret diagnostic test results, identify strengths and weaknesses in speech/language skills, and generate reports to provide feedback to school personnel and parents.
Team Collaboration and Compliance
- Participate as a member of the school’s multidisciplinary team, when appropriate.
- Stay informed about policies and procedures as outlined by the Company's Program Manual, the funding source, and the individual school(s).
- Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.

What we’ll need from you:
The positive, enthusiastic speech pathologist we seek has these qualifications.
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and certification as required by contract.
- Masters Degree, CCSs, or CFY preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred..
