Must meet all employment requirements by the district
CPR/AED certifications, preferred
Ensures patron safety by strictly enforcing rules and regulations
Performs CPR, Rescue Breathing or First Aid as needed
Informs Pool Manager of unsafe conditions or activity inside and the areas surrounding the facility
Performs daily walk through of facility to insure patrons are following rules/policies
Cleans, maintains and protects assigned GISD resources and facilities
1 year of supervision, preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Assists and provides staff coverage in performance of duties
Prepares/reports incident reports to Aquatic Manager
Responds to and resolves inquiries and complaints from patrons or parents
Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work hours is essential
Knowledge of customer service practices and techniques
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and procedures
Knowledge of GISD policies and procedures
Skill in effective oral and written communications
Skill in resolving customer complaints and concerns
Learns the operation and maintenance of the facility as needed
