Description: Ability to identify and describe effective instructional practices and provide feedback. Knowledge of appropriate coaching techniques and professional development to instructional staff to improve the quality of instruction throughout the school. Job Summary: To assist and support the principal in implementing the District’s strategic goal of establishing and implementing an instructional vision and focused plan for improving student achievement in addition to providing support for instructional staff in strengthening their instructional practices while building strong partnerships with families and the community.
Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related educational field from an accredited educational institution. 2. Three (3) to five (5) years of successful instructional, social work, guidance, or administrative experience. 3. Certification in Administration and Supervision or Educational Leadership. 4. Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
