Job DescriptionAbout your Role:As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a member of the marketing team in a fast-paced, end-to-end corporate marketing department that strives to continually test new approaches to improve performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for deeply understanding customer targets, crafting compelling positioning and messaging, and creating omni-channel campaigns to drive enrollment and improving customer experiences, supporting the company’s portfolio of programs. You will act as the strategic connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and other key cross-functional teams. Your role will be to ensure that prospective and existing customers are fully aware of, understand, and achieve value in what we offer, thus supporting Stride’s overall goals.SUMMARY:The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting marketing campaigns to support Stride’s innovative value drivers. This includes working with stakeholders across the company to set strategic campaign objectives, develop a campaign launch plan, partner with internal or external teams to develop appropriate communications elements for use in multiple on-and off-line channels. You’ll also measure the effectiveness and impact of these campaigns while contributing to an ongoing learning agenda through rigorous and agile testing. These businesses are Stride’s strategic priorities, and thus you will have many opportunities to innovate and make an impact to the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategiesManage marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing including paid media, digital events, social media, email and search with the goal of customer acquisition and retentionWork with external agencies on crafting and running local, regional, and national marketing campaignsDevelop go-to-market plans by working across MarComm, Demand Generation, and Enrollment OpsWork with internal Creative / Dev Teams to create emails, landing pages, lead capture forms and reportingWork with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling product content and collateral that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of our products to target customers.Collaborate with the school leadership and product team to understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, and incorporate them into marketing strategies and materials.Work with our internal Market Research team to conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use the insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.Develop A/B testing to optimize the product presentation to our target audienceServe as a credible subject matter expert with a working knowledge of areas of responsibilityForge strong relationships with internal teams and external organizationsEnsure thorough, timely and accurate stakeholder communicationsAssist with new product launches, including developing launch plans, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and creating launch materials, to ensure successful product introductions.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in online K-12 education, product marketing, and digital marketing, and apply the knowledge to continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics.This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.We anticipate the salary range to be $57,519.75 to $121,792.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local marketconditions.
