To become an Occupational Therapy intern in Poudre School District, please complete the Occupational Therapy Intern application.  This application is for placements starting in spring 2025.

 

To be considered for a Occupational Therapy intern placement in one of our schools, you should:

  • be entering your final semester/year of an Occupational Therapy program 
  • be able to pass a criminal background check, including submitting a complete set of fingerprints to the Colorado Department of Education/PSD
  • be enrolled in a college/university that has a signed internship agreement with PSD (see below)

Placements will be completed with the following criteria:

  • availability of qualified staff/OTs in requested areas
  • willingness of schools/staff to take an intern
  • outcome of internship interview between principal, lead/supervisor, and prospective intern

Current Occupational Therapy University Partners:

  • Marquette University
  • San Jose State University
